Weight loss industry is loaded with persistent misleading information. But there is a solution which can change your life and can be a breath of relief for the ones who have lost hope in their body and health. It's a million dollar industry and finding a certified professional is difficult. So many people are falling for those fancy diets which are famous due to the marketing strategies used to promote them.
Often times, we come across people who are offering us fast results and we fall for it.
Why not? you ask.
There's nothing wrong in having a desire to get quicker results. The problem is with the approach and the repercussions of doing so. Working on your eating habits is much easier than dieting.
The food you eat can be healthy or unhealthy depending on how much you consume at a time. Even the healthiest food on this earth will become unhealthy if you overeat it. For example, If you consume excess protein at one time, then even that protein will get converted into fat and get deposited as abdominal fat. So, now you got it?
For me eating right is being intuitive about the food choices we make, the way we consume it and the environment in which we eat it.
Right nutrition comes from right knowledge. So educating yourself on the healthy options available is the initial step. Then comes right mindset and realistic targets followed by right portions and right habits to sustain it in the long run.
Ability to form healthy habits is the only way to a healthy and sustainable weight loss.
